Ever since 1776, Americans have been protecting and defending their freedom.
Great speeches have rekindled liberty's
flame when the nation was in danger, and
great military, economic and social battles
have been fought in Liberty's name.
Fundamentally, however, it is in the daily
actions of ordinary Americans that freedom
finds its most reliable defense.
